At this year’s #nationalvolunteerweek2019, RIFA met longtime Councilwoman Debi Rose at the Passport to Health free wellness fair. Councilwoman Rose serves the Stapleton and Staten Island community. It was an honor to meet her and people like her, who have dedicated so many years of service to the community.
